Party Terms & Info

General Information:

– Parties may only be hosted by a season pass holder who must remain on-site for the duration of the party.

– All Party Attendees must sign a waiver before entering the pool and adhere to all pool rules.

– Party hosts must remove their personal belongings from the reserved party location at the end of the two-hour block to allow for the staff to clean and set up for the next reservation.

– All party guests are required to leave promptly after the 2-hour period unless they are Pool pass holders.

– Parents are responsible for their children; lifeguards are on duty to keep the pool safe.

– Party decorations such as silly string, glitter, confetti, party poppers, or any other that may leave behind debris are FORBIDDEN.

Kiddie Pool Area

– Located to the left of the outdoor bathroom area (with Flagstone patio flooring) near the outdoor playscape.

* Included: Total 3 Tables

3 picnic tables running down the center of the patio space.

 

Tent Area

– Located near deep end diving pool and Pickleball Courts.

* Included: Total 3 Tents, 3 Tables

2 tents placed together with 2 picnic tables for seating of 18.

3rd Tent with 1 picnic table for seating 6 to 8.

 

Included in Both Spaces

Three 6-Foot serving tables included (2 utilized for food and beverage and an additional table utilized for cake/presents, unless needed for food and beverage order).

** Table coverings for both spaces will be a black linen.

** Food will be set up and ready before the start of the  event and will be cleaned up immediately following the 2 hour block.

* Capped at 60 people

** If you show up with more than 60 people, then the $250 fee is automatically changed to $10/per person for the total amount of people in the party

Payment is due within 48 hours of reserving the party time and date to hold the reservation (any differences in guest number are to be handled at the end of the party time slot).

General Information:

– 20% Gratuity Added to All Food and Beverage Party Orders

– Orders must be placed a minimum of 48 Hours in advance of the start of party reservation time

– Only Outside Food that is allowed are Cakes/Cupcakes for Desserts

– All Items will be Served in Bulk at your Reserved Area. Plates, Eating Utensils, Cups (If Necessary), Serving Utensils and Napkins are included
